    Important Dates:

    Body Peace & Food Freedom Registration is open from now until 1-7-22

    The group is from January 11th - June 28th, 2022. Tuesday's from noon -1:00 EST

    Body Peace & Food Freedom is based on my five pillars:

    • Intuitive Eating

    • Mindful Eating

    • Non-Judgemental Self Awareness

    • HAES® (Health At Every Size)

    • Self-Compassion

    Through one-on-one coaching with a small-group experience, you will give up dieting, restriction, and deprivation. You will learn how to:

    • Enjoy food without guilt and shame.

    • Create consistency in your everyday eating

    • Distinguish between emotional hunger and physical hunger 

    • Remove all the diet rules you thought to be true.

    • Adopt a weight-neutral approach to health (HAES™, Health At Every Size) which will allow you to have body peace & food freedom

    You and the other amazing women ready to make a change will be able to:

    • Stop dieting

    • Be comfortable in your own body as you dismantle diet culture

    • Be able to accept “me!”

    • Understand that weight does not determine “good” health

    • Stop the all or nothing thinking (AKA on or off a diet)

    • Eliminate or reduce Emotional Eating

    • Listen, trust and respect your body
